This describes the procedures used currently to operate the LCG2/EGEE production service and to describe the tools that are in use to implement the procedures.
There is also a draft document which describes proposed changes to the Operational Procedures. It is updated whith all the new ideas and procedures and it is awaiting for approval.
Proposals for changes or inclusions can be made by raising a ticket in GGUS, clearly stating the change is to the SA1 Operational Procedures document.
